SHEFIT Tracking Order Status

The website says "Risk Free". They were very good about exchanging the first set of bras I bought, telling me I needed a smaller size. But the second set I had a lot of difficulty zipping, the instructions say to zip it and then reach back and pull the back strap. I have a very bad shoulder I could not do that. So I am returning these 2 bras, also. and they are charging me $7. So much for "risk free"

I’m a runner and have tried dozens of sports bras, constantly searching for one that provided excellent support while being comfortable and breathable. SheFit has the best, hands down. Previously I’d been wearing mostly Brooks bras, but these are superior. I especially love how every aspect is customizable - I purchased my first pair years ago, and it’s still part of my regular rotation. I can even adjust it while working out, since it’s a quick Velcro adjustment. I’m now up to three pairs and I hope they continue to make these with the same quality materials. I did need to return the first pair I ordered because the cups were too small, but once I got their sizing down, I haven’t had any issues. One of my favorite Instagram buys.

I did everything it said and measured and used their guide to buy my bra. I just had a double mastectomy with reconstruction so I was not positive on the sizing I need. I even read that returns were available. What it didn’t tell you is there is a $7 fee to return. I paid $70 for my bra but they are only returning me $58, unless I wanted a store credit. I do not want a store credit because your sizing didn’t make sense. I even took you survey twice to make sure I had the right size. Before you order I suggest you do more research on the sizing. I was highly disappointed

At first I ordered the wrong size, but the return was painless. Finally received the correct size today and OMG I am never going back to a regular bra. This Lounge bra is the most comfortable and supportive bra I have ever worn.

Worth every penny of the €35 shipping to Ireland! It killed me inside to pay that much first time when I hadn't ever purchased one before but I finally a sports bra that does what it's designed to do!
