Often have the exact same sales as Coles/Woolies/JB but the product knowledge is a lot better. I went in for specific products and both times they explained the pros and cons, and suggested other options I could consider. Not pushy - both times it seemed a genuine offer of information that I could take or leave. I’ll definitely now try give them more business for the consumables if they keep the prices/sales aligned with the supermarkets and electronic stores.
