Sharkrobot Tracking Order Status

Een paar keer besteld bij deze Amerikaanse webshop vanwege Hazbin Hotel en Helluva Boss. Levering altijd gekregen. Voor shirts bestel wel een maat kleiner dan je hebt.

Got a shark entry level robot vac, not 3 months later the blower or fan motor stop running. It worked very well when it was working… Called ONE time and shark took care of me. Wow this is how it should be! I 100% recommend this company

Despite Corona, the products arrived quickly and undamaged in relation to my place of residence. I ordered two jigsaw puzzles, one of which, unfortunately, was missing a piece. I reported this and received a reply within 24 hours. I would have had the product replaced, but unfortunately it was no longer in stock. I was then immediately informed by e-mail that I would be reimbursed the costs. I understand, of course, that the company itself is not really to blame for the “defective” goods (such circumstances also occur with larger companies). The products themselves were however exactly as described and also the quality is good. The customer service was friendly, fast and helpful. Nothing to complain about so far.
