Shark Clean UK Tracking Order Status

The part was deleveredveryquick n no problem But only problem is that part was really flimsy n broke very quickly n had to spend mony that much again was bit heart breaking

I have Karndean throughout my ground floor and was wary about whether this cleaner would be ok to use as Karndean say not to use any wet vac cleaners. I contacted Shark to check it wouldnt over-wet the floor and to check I could return the machine if it wasn’t suitable. I ordered the machine and am pleased to say it’s great on my flooring, it uses minimal water and the floor is dry in less time than hand mopping. The only disappointment is sometimes it takes an extra hand mop to go over some areas where our dog has walked in from the garden - it needs a “boost” button for pet owners!

I have just purchased my second shark hoover, as I have found them to be better than Dyson particularly for animal hairs, however I think I will use a different retailer next time, as it is almost a week since I purchased the hoover and have still not received it. I decided to purchase the hoover from shark as they advertised next day delivery and my current hoover had been damaged so I was keen to get the new one quickly. The hoover is still not here 5 days later and it has taken a lot of chasing from me to finally get them to do something about it. It also took a call to citizens advice to find out where I stood, as Yodel kept telling me it was going to be delivered and to contact again the next day only to be told exactly the same. Shark were also advising the same and also sent me their t&c's on delivery stating they were not liable for delays with deliveries. Upon seeking advice, it appears (in Scotland) it is the responsibility of the seller to chase the delivery company if items are not delivered on time. When I went back to shark with this information they deemed the hoover lost and have sent another one, which will take 1-2 days, so I am hoping this one arrives.

Love my new Shark Anti Hair Wrap cordless hoover. Easy to assemble and use, love the folding feature to make it more compact and require less storage space. Love the folding mechanism which allows you to get under sofas tables etc more easily. Great suction and changeable for different floor types. Oh and can also use as a vacuum for the car brilliant!!!

First time buying a "nice" hoover and the difference in quality is really noticeable. Powerful suction for such a small motor (Shark stratos corded), relatively light and so easy to manoeuvre. Also, it was received in all paper packaging, no plastic, which was a nice touch
