Shade Station UK Tracking Order Status

i placed an order with Shadestation and a day later realised i had ordered the wrong size. i contacted customer service and although the lenses had already been manufactured, the lab adjusted so that i received what i wanted . This was obviously more work for them but no extra costs were mentioned

My order arrived very prompt, securely packed and contents in perfect condition. Unfortunately, they were too big on me and so I had to return them. Following the simple instructions, they were returned on Tuesday and I have already received notification of my refund. Excellent service.

Ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses. Arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition with the colour case that I had requested. Smooth transaction and would highly recommend. Thank you

Great items, arrived relatively quickly and were exactly as ordered. I would and will order again. Only comment I'd pass on to Shadestation is a bit more comms around the order. I received the confirmation email but nothing else. I did email your support team who were great and put my mind at rest. But would have been nice to get something saying the order was in progress or something to keep me updated. But 6 stars to your support team. 👍

Excellent company, the sunglasses arrived on time, there were a few issues with being charged twice in error, which Charlotte sorted out straight away. I haven’t given it 5 stars as I wasn’t sent any tracking information till the item arrived, but otherwise really impressed.
