Shabby Store Tracking Order Status

I took a chance on this company - spending a few hundred pounds. I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY!!! The ease to purchase - the SPEED in delivery and the QUALITY of the 8 plush chairs purchased was OUTSTANDING. My only fret was the delivery courier rang me out of the blue (48 hours after date of purchase), to let me know he was at my door with my order, whilst I was at work so would potentially have to be left outside my front door. Perhaps the method of delivery notifications could be more efficient? Fortunately I was able to speed home and the driver actually helped me take in the delivery. After initial purchase I checked the reviews, they were not good to say the least but I believe this was due to previous company’s Receivership situation and Shabby.co.uk inherited unfortunate customer lost orders and (understandable) negative reactions as a consequence. I hope this relay of my experience via review goes someway to reassure that Shabby.co.uk delivers to high customer specification, quality merchandise and service - from payment to delivery.

Bought a £150 mirror Arrived banged and scratched, offered to change but not in to do exchange due to work. Offered £30 refund which i accepted and still waiting? 5 emails send and 3 replies Thats it has been sent for refund. Bad comms, nice product, just pitty not perfect Pity i cannot show the pictures

Order turned up after a few weeks delays not sure why, happy with product disappointed with timescales

got most of my order within a few days and loved it all ( 5 of 6 items) then last order a set of small glasses I won't be getting as apparently now gone into admin. such a shame :( will apply for chargeback

Gutted to hear they’ve gone into admin. I’ve bought them for years and always loved their IG inspiration! I was waiting on an order for £120 which I have charged back on my bank successfully (I work for Santander) if you quote section 75 the bank will sort. It’s hard times at the minute I feel for anyone losing their jobs or business
