Sézane - NL Tracking Order Status

I received a half-open box that did not contain the product I ordered. I immediately contacted Team Sézane by email. A few minutes later, I received a reply back. I could choose between two options: Money return or have the ordered product reshipped. I chose the latter option. Within half a week, I received my order. Super happy with this fantastic service. I will definitely come back to this store!

The clothes are beautiful, well made and superior quality. Most of the clothes/shoes are made in Europe. Fast shipping (3 days from Paris to US West Coast) and fast returns and refunds. Awesome customer service.

One of my favorite online stores and hard to resist considering they do such a great job all-around designing, marketing, and providing customer support. I've had some quirky but understandable issues with orders from Sézane in terms of sizing and some minor quality control issues, problems you have when ordering online that you wouldn't have if you shopped in-person, mixed in a generally positive and high quality online customer experience. I've needed to return more purchases than I'd like, which always makes me nervous but especially with longer-distance shipping. In the past I would just settle for whatever was shipped to me (although that also meant I would be slow to risk ordering from a particular business again), but I am no longer willing to settle at my own cost, which could make me come across as a difficult customer. But Sézane has been kind and fair, provided great communication, made any issues right, and overall their designs have been beautiful and the garments easy to care for. So it's easy to be a repeat customer, trust them with investment-level purchases, and look forward to the next special-occasion order. They provide a great gifting experience, too, with lovely packaging for the recipient that makes the present extra special.
