SEVENSTORE Tracking Order Status

The first thing to say is I will use SevenStore again. They have been quick to respond to queries and dealt with a faulty pair of shoes no problem at all. Bought first pair via SEVENSTORE in April which developed a fault in June. I contacted them and they immediately sorted out the return info once I had provided video evidence of the fault. Shoes were returned and money returned. Perfect. Bought a second pair of shoes in June. This is time, no fault of SEVENSTORE, the delivery company ‘couldn’t find my address’ and returned the shoes. I became aware of this as I do use the tracker to check in updates on deliveries. Strange indeed as the very large well known delivery company have delivered here many many times! I contacted SEVENSTORE and during the day we had multiple correspondence (great response times), and ultimately the way to resolve the issue was to order another pair of same shoes provide the order number etc and they cancelled the original order and started refund process before the original pair of shoes had arrived back with them (they would have refunded anyway but process could only start once they have the shoes back in their warehouse), Not only did they start the refund process but they also refunded the delivery cost for my new pair due to the fault of the delivery company. Shoes arrived in a couple of days with no problems. SEVENSTORE dealt with the queries efficiently and none of the issues raised were of their doing. Will use them again.

I love the color style size is perfect. They feel and look awesome. Quick delivery by seven store and DHL. The price was great. Great store to shop at.

Had a small issue with refunded items but Issy was very helpful and efficient in dealing with the problem. Would highly recommend this site to others
