Seven Skates Tracking Order Status

There was a problem with my order, I saw the other reviews and thought I was facing a similar issue, however I was promptly given a full refund and explanation, so all good. I would guess some have left hasty reviews that they then never changed, I’ve found the after sales fine and my issue was solved within a day.

I am having to jump through hoops to try and get an exchange for a fault scooter. There is no phone number to contact them on and it's getting tiresome with email tennis with a 48 hour turnaround. It's really, really poor aftersales - I will probably have to end up driving hours into Liverpool and back to see someone at that company face to face to get an exchange.

Nice website, but that's all....placed an order and never got the goods, no reply, no contact telephone number, very dodgy at best...Avoid at all cost....

An absolute scam of a (so called) business. No contact numbers except for a mobile number provided by the payment processing company (07776 222200)... The skates didn’t arrive within the quoted 2 working day delivery time. Contacted the company (Steven, one man band) told they would be dispatched that same day... the following day received an email from the website to say the order had been refunded. Still to receive a refund (will be contacting the bank) and of course no skates received. Calls to the mobile number and messages are no longer being answered by Steven... This man should not be in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
