Ordered 1 X Red/White barrier tape

Ordered 1 X Red/White barrier tape. Received Black/Yellow item. Called Seton and said wrong one. They initially insisted that's what I ordered, and then said, oh no, you ordered red/white. We will send correct item and will arrange pick up of incorrect order. Next day, received a Black/Yellow item. Called Seton. Sorry, will resend and have the 2nd incorrect item collected. I said first item not collected yet. All good. And Seton will send correct tape. Next day ANOTHER BLACK/YELLOW TAPE!! I called them again. I have been invoiced and credit card debited for 3 incorrect items!! They said will credit them once they get them back (great, this has maxed out my corporate card!!). I say they have not been picked up yet, and I will package them together. 2 days later, I receive the correct item. So I email them, and state correct item finally received, and a parcel with 3 items inside ready for pick up. This morning they send me the courier label stating 1 item at 4 kilo for return. So I email them, all 3 items are in one box, so please send correct label for 12 kilo. I then received 3 emails from same staff member asking me to confirm that the items were in 1 package. 1st. "Confirm if items are 3 separate or in 1 box. My Relly "As per my email last week, I have boxed all 3 items into the same box". Their replay "So there are 3 boxes?" My response, "see email. There is 1 box to be collected with 3 items inside". Their reply. "I am confused. Please just tell me if there is 1 box or 3 boxes". Are they taking the mickey??????

Passa er för att beställa från detta företag. Beställde en skylt, komplett med jordankare, i april. Fick vänta ett bra tag till leverans och när den kommer så saknas jordankaret. Var i kontakt upprepade gånger med kundtjänst som alltid hänvisar till leverantören. Får en till leverans som inte är rätt grejer efter nån månad. Återigen samma visa med kundtjänst som utlovar svar men aldrig återkommer. Får en till leverans med jordankare men utan muttrar som behövs för montering. Efter ett antal vändor till med kundtjänst så kommer en monteringsbeskrivning på franska (oklart varför inte heller denna var med från början). Visar enbart montering av jordankaret… Jag har efterfrågat kontakt till chef men den frågan duckas hela tiden. Så nu sitter jag här 7 månader senare med obrukbar skylt och helt omöjligt att få någon respons från kundtjänst. Varnar å det grövsta för köp av detta företag.

Never purchase from Seton.

Never purchase from Seton. I ordered 1 set of P95 masks online from them about 2 months ago. The following bweek I ordered another box. The shipping date was set for 3 weeks after each order was placed. When 4 weeks passed, I called and was told they were being shipped tomorrow. They were behind because of Christmas. I found it hard to believe since it was February when I ordered. A week went by, I called again, a representative said she saw my order in the system, but nothing else about it. She said she would investigate, and call me back. No call ever came. I called again. This time the representative said the item was on backorder, and could offer no delivery date. I pointed out the invoices contained delivery dates. Then he copped an attitude and said "I'm surprised you were even able to order these. They show they're out of stock on the website". I pointed out that they were not out of stock when I placed the order, as I have 2 invoices. I cancelled the order. They took my money up front, and they didn't credit it back until I called the credit card company. Once Amex contacted them, I received an instant credit. They are willing to peddle product they don't have, and not disclose that information.
