Rae is a great resourse, especially when support tickets are not fixed in a timely manner. Or if I have an unusual inventory question.

I truly believe that without a great CSM we would not have the relationship we do with Service Titan. Margie Baker is nothing short of phenomenal. She handles everything we throw at her with grace, efficiency, accuracy and positivity. She is truly the best thing about Service Titan! If all CSM's could be trained to be a Margie, the customer experience would be unmatched, and every company would fight to keep their CSM as we do. I don't know what Blue Cardinal would do without Margie in our corner!
