Serengetee Tracking Order Status

I had tried Serengetee before (bought a mystery pack) with no issues and loved the feel of the t-shirts. So, when a promo to get a free water bottle with a minimum order amount popped up, I decided to go for it. I ordered another mystery pack and made sure to add the water bottle. Everything looked good in the cart and I was charged correctly. I received an email about a damaged shipment and my order was affected so there was going to be a delay. That was fine. It took a LONG time before my order finally arrived - wrong items. I didn't get the mystery pack I ordered. I got a single random t-shirt that wasn't even in the same design group. I did get the water bottle though. I've emailed TWICE with ZERO response. Been a couple of months now. VERY disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again.

i ordered a mystery tie-dye t-shirt set last year and was thoroughly disappointed. ive actually been looking for somewhere to review this company since they have no google reviews, facebook reviews, nothing. took ages to arrive, the tie-dye job is crap, the shirts were folded into the packaging so they had glue all over them, and they both did not fit the same at all (completely different sizing) despite both having the same size on the tag. dont recommend this company, they dont answer emails (i even sent one to the owner and they deflected my email completely!), and likely most of the good reviews are from reps. they also delete negative comments because mine have been deleted on their social medias before. the only reason theyre getting two stars is because i did receive my order, unlike many below me.

I ordered from them, not knowing it's an American company. Perhaps it's good to order from them while being in the States but definitely not from Canada. Took over a month, and without warning, cost me an extra $25 just to pick it up from the post office. No warning. I didn't see that fine print in my receipt, thank you very much for the waste of money.

Placed an order on cyber Monday (11/30) that was never shipped out. Shipping center has been waiting for the item since 12/3. It's now 1/6. Emailed on 12/18 with no response. Filed a dispute with PayPal today (1/6). Wouldn't recommend buying from them. *Update: Updated to 3/5 stars (originally 1/5). The map arrived today, 1/9. I received zero communication and zero updates on tracking. I will be returning to sender unopened, but wanted to update my review since the product did arrive, but no customer service inquiries were responded to and no tracking was provided.

I have been purchasing stuff from Serengetee for years and have absolutely no complaints. Pocket tees, graphic tees, stickers, hats, flags, even cards all are in mint condition even after many rough vacations over the years. Love the givebacks they do on some of the items. Even with COVID, they are able to get orders shipped in a reasonable amount of time. All around a great company, and I recommend it all the time! :)
