Sender Tracking Order Status

At the moment the service is completely buggy. The newsletter designer always are jumping from one element to the other, you cannot define custom color palette you can only define single colors), the service is very poor, everytime you have to explain to support the issue again. Sync with shop is still after 6 months not working at all. They need 2 months to reply to a ticket, they say they solved it, still it's not working after so many mails. Since 6 months we still sync manually our customers. You cannot rename champaigns on the backend, you cannot sort them, you cannot fix the auto resend.... so many little things that are difficutl and not working Latest bug is their CDN. They completely destroyed 3 champaigns of us by changing the URL to thery CDN link structure, and resulting in ERROR 500 pages or page not found on Cloudflare. Customers are getting really scary of seing "Page not FOUND" thinking we lost our website at all. For such hughe bugs there is no emergency support, they reply 1 day later saying problem solved and apologizing for all trouble caused. But they did not doubleproof it, now instead of page not found on Cloudfront we have empty pages with error code: 1000 Still champaign is dead, we pay for the service, and do not get it. Im really sad I have to write this review, but I think, maybe this is the only way to force the sender dev team to get in move. Since there is no way to get in contact directly with the team. As long sender is not able to fix this hughe bugs, I cannot advice the service.

Customer support is phenomenal so far, even with a free plan. I rarely give reviews but I was so impressed with how quickly and expertly they helped me with verifying my domain and my email account that I decided to write this.

I had to contact Sender customer support for a issue. I was having with my emails being spammed. The support team took my case seriously & helped solve the the problem in the matter of a couple of days. Honestly it was impressed me.
