Sembo is fraud

Sembo is fraud. On 12/3/17 I have booked hotel in Cancun for January of 2018 (booking #217367). I attempted to pay deposit with Master Card and Visa as suggested on website. Eventually one payment went through and is now pending. Sembo assured me that they don't accept payment from American credit cards. I made wire transfer of full amount plus Svenska Handelsbanken fee om 12/4/17. No confirmation of my payment from Sembo. They aren't reachable via phone or e-mail. They continue sending me absurd "no reply" emails with request to pay for booking
