Seedsheet Tracking Order Status

Very disappointed. My initial order did not sprout. I contacted them, sent photos and they told me they would be sending out replacements right away. Nothing came.

I was very excited to receive my seedsheets and looking forward to a gorgeous garden of vegetables, herbs and flowers with minimal digging and guessing. I “planted” my seedsheets in early May (northeast Zone 6b) and followed the directions precisely. It’s now June 18th and approximately 1/3 of the pods didn’t sprout and the ones that did are barely one inch tall and not thriving. Comparatively, a tomato plant that was growing in my compost that I potted and set alongside my Seedsheets garden is big, bushy and forming flowers. I’ve written customer service twice and sent video documents. Seedsheets responded 1x with an offer to send me more pods (I still had the extras that came with my order), but did not acknowledge my concerns about the lateness in the season, nor accept any responsibility for the poor quality of their products. The plant stakes with the plant names are paper stuck on labels printed in ink that washes and peels off when wet!!!!! Seedsheets are EXPENSIVE. A total rip off! If only they had honored my request for a refund I may not be writing this review. Bad product + bad customer service = bad business.

UPDATE APRIL 30TH: Seedsheet came through!! I raised my review from 1 star to 4. They did end up contacting me stating that several orders were marked in their system as ready to ship when they were not ready. To apologize they refunded me $10, and my order arrived today! While it was frustrating trying to get an answer, and to understand what was going on, in the end they did make it right and that is what matters. Mistakes are going to happen, grievances will be caused, but a company that shows empathy, owns mistakes, and does what they can to make it right is an example of how to retain customers! I'm so excited to use my seedsheet and grow a little garden! ‐‐----------------------------------------------- UPDATE APRIL 28TH: My order tracking now says my order will be delivered Monday. If the order arrives, I'll come back and share an update. ____________________________________ BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order with them on March 30th. They were clear that it would take a few weeks to get the order because they make each one as a custom order. They sent emails along the way keeping me informed of the stage my order was in. On April 8th, I was told my order was nearing completion, April 11th my order was getting packed and said it will ship in 1 to 2 days. SEVEN Days later (not 1 or 2), I got a shipping label notification, this was April 18th. On April 24th I tracked the order and it was still awaiting approval at USPS. So I emailed seedsheets asking what is going on with my order. They didn't reply. Two days later on April 26th, I sent another email, again no reply. The following day on April 27th I went on their website and used their chat with us instant messenger.... I sent a message, and they never replied. My order was $130, and at this point I'm not sure if I was scammed or what. I can't reach them, and my "order" is stuck in transit, if it is even actually in transit. They have no phone number listed. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company!
