Secret Sales Tracking Order Status

I purchased an LK Bennett dress & pair of matching LK Bennett heels from Secret Sales, but I stupidly only read SS's reviews on Trustpilot after I had placed my order & then started panicking when I read all the terrible reviews! A couple of days after I placed the order, I raised a ticket via the contact us form on their website, asking if my order could be cancelled. I got a reply back just over 24hrs later, saying that they had requested cancellation but my order was already with the seller and it was likely too late. Within the next 24hrs I received an email to say my order had been shipped. The goods arrived in a plain brown box, securely taped, and when I opened the box, I was encouraged to find the LK Bennett logo was printed inside the lid of the box, as well as the dress being wrapped in branded LKB tissue paper & the shoes in a branded LKB box. I was relieved at finding that the goods were indeed genuine & thankfully both items fit me, so I decided to keep them & I didn't need to worry about returning them! I don't think I'd buy from Secret Sales again, I feel it's too much of a risk, but I can confirm that the items I received were genuine & the service was good.

Products are fantastic. Prices are awesome and delivery is very good. I wish they could sign up an agreement with PayPal to allow customers to pay in 3 installment.

Everything’s perfect 👍 was very worried cur I ordered and then saw all bad reviews, but it arrived very fast and items are very good quality.

Products and delivery good. After sales service rubbish. I bought 20 items, want to return 6 as not suitable. The returns site is awful. I processed 4 returns and printed the label and then realised there were two more. I now can't access the returns screen, their live chat has been unavailable since yesterday, no replies on Messenger, and none on email. Also not clear how I obtain a multi-returns voucher.
