Secret Lab Tracking Order Status

SecretLab sent me the wrong chair. The support team was polite, they agreed immediately that it needs to be returned, however it took 2 business weeks to pick it up for return. All this time, we were waiting for a response from 'the relevant team'. I have placed the order on 25th of July and I have received the chair that I have ordered on 27th of August. 2 weeks of the delay just because of the relevant team, absolutely no action just polite emails. I don't think that this is acceptable for a company that does ecommerce as their base activity

So the other day the cover for the recline side spring fell off on a brand new Titan Evo chair, for some odd reason... We reached out the Secretlab right away after a few mails back and forth, they said they would send the replacement part out to us, we should wait for a mail with tracking ect but before we even got that we recived the parts, fast and easy in my opinion. this is the second time we had an issue with products from them and both times it was resolved within a few days. We have had nothing but posetive things to say about our chairs, both a brand ned model and an older model.

Getting this replacement part was easy and quick. only issue i have is the "box" that was sent could have been a cardboard box for better recycling how ever I do like the cleanness and branding that was associated with it. This little issue can not detract from how easy and simple the process was! Thank you!

I purchased a Titan Evo a little over 6 months ago and I sit in it every single day, aside from a few days here and there the last 6 months. I work from home 5 days a week and I am a computer gamer. I weigh 160lbs and I tend to use the arm rests to prop myself up because I like to sit pretzel style, and I'd like to say that I haven't seen or felt any signs of wear and tear. Before this chair, I had been purchasing chairs from Amazon and I even tried to go higher end ($250-$300) and the arm rests would become very loose to the point that you couldn't even tighten the screws anymore because I had obviously warped something. I like that the Titan Evo is built strong to where even my bad habit of using the arm rest to prop myself up hasn't made a dent after 6 months. I had a side cover fall off a couple of months ago (these things happen, no one's fault) and they sent me a new one and it came within a few days. I would recommend this chair to anyone. I wanted to write a review to show others the sturdiness of a chair after 6 months that gets used daily.

Service au top. J'ai eu un problème au niveau de la base de ma chaise Titan XL 2020 après plus de 4 ans d'utilisation. Après avoir envoyer une vidéo au service de garantie, ils m'ont envoyé la pièce de rechange seulement quelques jours après ma demande et ma chaise est maintenant comme neuve :)
