seal skin covers Tracking Order Status

Received my cover today. I installed it on my F150 Supercab. I ordered it exactly how they prescribed, and it seems too big. It will work, however it's not "custom fit" and it certainly seems too loose. Also, what am I supposed to do with string and a cable/lock that are way too short to secure it? It needs more convenient grommet holes too. The quality of the material is excellent.

Needed a new cover for my 65 Pontiac Catalina convertible. Purchased one which fits well and the discounted price was appreciated.

Got the cover today and it's approximately 3 feet to long, and about a foot or to wide. Call Customer service and was told "no problem. We will send you a shipping label and when we get it back we'll ship the replacement." leaving my classic car uncovered for another month because if you think they will flip the bill fir overnight shipping, I'd most likely get hit by lightning first. Gave two stars only cause the cover does look good. The company policy is why I gave the rating I gave.

For me it was the customer service after the sale. I bought a cover that was supposed to fit my Titan, but when I received it, the cover baaaarely fit the truck. It was so tight that pulling it down the front bumper would cause it to pop off the rear, and vice versa. I was assigned a specific customer service agent who worked with me one on one through the entire process. They took it back no questions and sent me a larger one straight away. The larger one, however, was so large that it looked like a 90's rapper's jeans, hanging down almost to the ground in the rear. Plus, when the wind would catch it, the whole thing ballooned up like I was covering the truck with a big white tarp. They took this one back without question as well, but asked me to send her a picture of the truck from a couple angles so they could pick one more precisely. The new one fits like a glove and is very well made, including clip-on straps I can use to secure the cover. The way they handled the sale to be sure I was 100% satisfied is just not something you see often from companies nowadays.

I purchased my cover for my 2019 GMC Sierra on April 6 and received it quickly via UPS. The cover is well made and keeps the truck dry. However, it doesn’t fit well, as it’s too small and doesn’t cover the front bumper and the bottom third of the front doors, and less than half of the wheels are covered. While I didn’t believe that covers were every brand and model vehicle, I did expect it to cover the entire vehicle. When I emailed the company, they wanted to know make & model of my truck, and the SKU number of the cover. I also included photos. Their response was “ I am sorry to inform you that the cover you have right now is the biggest option we offer.” I intend on keeping the cover because it will do the job I need it to, I was never offered a refund. All of the pictures on the website show better coverage than what it really is. So if you have a full size crew cab truck, expect less than entire vehicle coverage, and mediocre at best customer service.
