Awful customer service. Must have a bot replying to emails as I have no uk address to send items back to!!!

ATT. Today my family and I experienced the most disturbing incident which occurred today at your Seafolly store on McEvoy St Alexandria, by your store clerks Chloe, Monica and Shammi at 1 pm on 21/01/2023. My husband, daughter, niece and I were shopping for swimwear when the clerks started observing us from the moment we walked in; they were looking at each other, making us feel most uncomfortable. While my 8 year old niece was walking through the rack and looking at the items, a hanger attached to her clothing, one of the clerks alerted her to the fact and my niece apologised and returned it to the rack immediately. My husband observed the clerk as he heard her speak with a negative tone and saw the clerk looking at her colleagues and rolling her eyes, shortly after my daughter picked a costume to look at and when she returned it to the rack, it fell to the floor, my daughter immediately collected the item off the floor and returned it to the rack. At that point, my husband saw the same girl that rolled her eyes at my niece watching my daughter and making her feel uncomfortable with the manner in which she was watching her. My daughter came and whispered in her dad’s ears, saying “can we leave please” as she was so uncomfortable. At this point, my husband explained to my daughter that she should not worry. He stated in a clear voice that the girls in this store are rude and showed us a lot of attitudes; the girl that rolled her eyes responded, “sorry, I didn’t look at you in any way” he responded that I’m not blind, she responded, “maybe you are”, when I heard this, I asked “what is your problem” they responded ”we didn’t do anything”, I left the items of clothing. My husband asked for the three girls names; I stated that their behaviour was disgusting and that I will be complaining to head office. My daughter who is 12 years old and my niece who is 8 years old are devastated, they haven’t stopped crying and feeling very sad. Are these the values you show your customers? Is this how a women’s swimwear clothing label empowers women as young girls by body shaming? I am deeply concerned with the attitude of your store clerks, this is discrimination, and I will take this matter further.
