Seadon Tracking Order Status

Excellent, fast service and very nice clothing!

I have been putting my Seadon clothes through their paces for a year through a lot of traveling by air, sea, land, and everything in between for work assignments, adventures, and just normal wear to the coffee shop! I absolutely love their design for minimalism and usability for any purpose. They are comfortable and solid products! ✈️ 🚢 🚗

The Nylon pants where way overpriced for for the simplicity of the product. No liner, very basic. They did not feel good on my skin with no liner. I sent them back. No problem. The company returned my money.

Good overall experience. I ended up returning the jacket due to fit preferences but I otherwise loved the price, materials, build quality and plastic free packaging. Sending it back was no hassle but after not hearing back for 7 days since USPS delivered my return I checked in and was told they hadn't received it yet with no further explanation. I followed up for clarification and didn't hear back. In retrospect I realize they likely use a fulfilment service that redirects the return once more to their office. I'm taking off a star for the avoidable unnecessary stress.

I had a similar experience with getting no response from Seadon. I ordered a shirt in two different sizes. Loved the shirts, but sent back one size and asked to exchange that for the larger size. At first, I got a response, sent back the shirt with the shipping label given and have heard nothing since. No refund, no new shirt. Just essentially have been ghosted by Seadon. Will never order from them again. Just have one very expensive shirt now.
