Screwfix Tracking Order Status

Cant understand what other poor reviews are on about. I deal with 2 stores and can't fault the service. They always have what I need in stock. The app is good for checking stock and the "I'm here" on the app is brilliant. By the time I've pressed it in the car park it's waiting for me. Reading some reviews it seems people like to complain about petty things. I will always recommend Screwfix to people.

I use screwfix occasionally for household goods. I won't be using them again and be going to toolstation after being pressured into buying screwfix raffle tickets by staff. What are screwfix turning into? There's a cost of living crisis going on for goodness sakes! No customer should feel pressured to purchased these!

Just ordered a paint sprayer from Screwfix using their rapid delivery. From ordering to delivery it only took 30 minutes !! Amazing thank you.

I had a problem with one of my local branches, on trying to return a tin of paint, as I'd bought an extra one to make sure I had enough. Branch said they couldn't refund, just a credit on my account, as I'd paid by ctedit card, impossible, I don't have one, first for Screwfix. Decided to email the Customer Service Centre. Within minutes they rang me, explaining that the store should have rang them, as I'd previously changed the original ones, as the customer didn't like the colour chosen, once seen. The call handler apologised, sending an email within seconds. Special thanks to the call handler, reference #60847. She is personally responsible for restoring my faith in Screwfix, who I've used as my first choice as soon as they opened two branches within easy reach.
