Screen4 Tracking Order Status

I had a clinician performed PCR, and the rest itself is fine. The clinician was efficient, friendly and helpful. But the '24hr test' is 24 hours from when the lab receives the sample. My sample, collected at 3:30, wasn't recieved by the lab until nearly 12:30 the next day. That's far too long and makes makes it near 48 hours. If you need your test turned around quickly, look elsewhere.

The lovely lovely lady and gentlemen who helped me in Barnsley Monday 31st of May need a promotion I ordered the wrong test and was so stressed my son is ill in the USA I needed to get there ASAP I was so inset and flustered I couldn't do anything These two lovely ppl Trish and her work mate sorry head is blank please please 🙏 tell them ty ty and give them both a reward 😊 you should be very proud to have such staff 😊. The interface for uploading test results was very confusing, and led to frustration and worry with our flight approaching... but Sophie at the online customer service was helpful and efficient, and helped us to get the matter sorted out quickly (in the end it involved rather counter-intuitively hitting the "delete" button and re-uploading the test result photo). Thanks, Sophie... but Screen4, please do something about the user-friendliness of the upload page!

Spoke to Jamie Mcgrath and couldn't have asked for better service! Explained the process clearly, answered all the questions I had and put my mind at ease to focus on less stressful dilemma's... like which flip flops I'm packing! Top work! :)
