It is terrific to deal with travel guides like her, and the original assistance given from Alice, where nothing seemed like it was too hard to deal with. I wish to acknowledge the outstanding customer service of Mohamad A. He was extremely helpful in following up on my request to alter my number of nights with the hotel and organise a refund. I honestly can say Mohamad explained the process clearly to me, and then followed by phone and email. Very impressive indeed. I will be making more bookings with Scoopon and encouraging my family and friends to do so too.
