Charles Schwab Tracking Order Status

Pretty good experience with the folks at Schwab. Not perfect, but all in all good. Service seems to be a bit slow these days. But, great to always check my account online to get what I need. Campus here in Denver is nice, always well kept and clean.

When the Fed raises interest rates, MM funds generally adjust in a few days. The previous Fed rate hikes (since the December meeting) Schwab is very slow to adjust rates to the new level. I have a similiar MM fund with Vanguard and this is not happening. It is a small amount of $$, however, it is the principle.

Always have live agents, always treated me well, no problems!

Why Charles Schwab cannot be considered a top tier financial Institution. In their positions page that list X-Dividend Dates that are over one year old and incorrect. I notified Schwab, they were not aware. I made bad business decisions based on the provided information. I asked for escalation, i was sent a group who told me they were the final answer for Schwab and that I would not receive any additional information. Futher discovery on my part is that the legacy page of the position details was correct, the 'new' version of the positions page is incorrect. I called Schwab, they already knew this and provided no feedback to this customer on the work around. Additionally Schwab did not flag the incorrect information in anyway allow other customers to make the same type of decisions (incorrect) that I made on their incorrect displays.
