Satechi Tracking Order Status

FedEx left parcel on my door with fake signature but Satechi resent the keyboard immediately Thanks to Satechi for the assistance and I recommend to buy from this company 100% reliable !!!

I bought a Satechi X1 Slim Keyboard on March which some keys stopped working after 3 months. I wrote them using their website chat and they escalated the case. After asking my for the product invoice, a video showing the error and giving them my address information, they sent me a replacement unit that arrived 48hr later!. Amazing! I've been a Satechi products user since 3 years now, and I'll continue to be for many many years.

I had a couple of things go wrong with my recent order but had such a great experience with their highly responsive and helpful staff I had to google around to find some place to leave them a good review! I'm not sure if the reviews below are disingenuous or if Satechi has had a major CS revamp, but I don't know how the company that produced those experiences and mine could be the same company. I’ve had 3 interactions with their staff (once on a pre-order, once on order, once on support) and each time staff were quick to respond, polite, clear in their communications, and receptive to the feedback I offered. For me, purchasing from Satechi is a worry-free experience; Anything that might *happen* to go wrong, will be made right.
