Sarah Haran Tracking Order Status

I have bought numerous bags from Sarah Haran over the last couple of years, my favourites being the Jessica which I use when I travel. You can join a club for around £30 a year and you are told in advance how much you have to spend quarterly to obtain a free gift – be it an accessory or a bag and it costs you £5 to reserve an item. The club also gives you 10% off full priced items, so worth it if you are buying a £500+ handbag. Delivery is usually next day by DPD. I contacted the team Monday evening to ask for photos of a specific bag in the sale, not only did I get a response with photos before 9am the next day, Bryony very kindly alerted me to the fact that the bag had been discounted further so I go the bag for £200 which was a super bargain. Please do not hesitate in buying from SarahHaran.com. I will be a life long customer.

Zero stars if I could, scammed out of money as it’s not made clear about spending amount before reserving a bag. Can’t afford to spend the amount and I’ll lose the money. Beware of the ads.

Bought a coatin on line, lovely fabric but awful cut. I emailed numerous times regarding returning an item as instructed on website. My emails are ignored, also their return policy breaking the law, Consumers rights act, in particular rules about “distance selling” by offering only exchange for sale items. Spoken to company and they accepted return, have been posted back, waiting for refund. Still they should change their return policy accordingly to correct laws

Ordered a coatigan in the sale . Communication excellent from company and item arrived - high quality and beautifully packaged . Love love love it and would definitely buy from Sarah again.
