Samsung Australia Tracking Order Status

I purchased the Samsung A90 from Optus years ago. Unaware my privacy would be at risk. I trusted the salesman who recommended this device as I did not have much knowledge about the phones available and their functions. I have since had my data taken since possibly 2019 and am still yet to retain or cancel accounts associated with my original phone number. Samsung do not have an easy customer service portal and the time I did call they asked me to use my camera on my current phone to connect remotely which was very unusual. I am extremely traumatised by this situation and have since moved to IPhone.

I have purchased a Samsung TV and washer-dryer in the last two years and have had issues with customer service on both. It took about six months to resolve a problem with the TV remote control - when all it needed was to be replaced. And, currently they are refusing to complete a repair under warranty, even though the machine damaged my clothes and was being used for purpose. Clearly a case of making it as difficult as possible for the customer so that they just go away.

I have never physically attended a Samsung store, as I normally call and it's not the cruisest experience however I was desperate last week as my Samaung Flip Z3 front screen was pretty damaged at the flip point and needed it repaired asap. I figured I'll pop by the homebush store and see what they can do, I was shocked, the service was amazing, friendly staff esp I gentleman named sujan, apologies if I spelt it wrong, a few laughs here and there... really really nice crew and don't make you feel like they are doing you a favour or feel uncomfortable, they took there time,gave me options and services that are available etc. highly recommend that particular store not sure about the others but homebush is awesome.
