Samsonite UK Tracking Order Status

Bought a case from this shop today. Card reader had a fault and was not accepting Mastercard credit cards. Susan was the lady who I was dealing with. She took my details and personally drove with her husband and delivered the case which would have been a 45 minutes drive as I stay in East Kilbride. What an amazing thing to do. Can’t thank this lady enough for her help and assistance. Outstanding service

Samsonite Westfield West London amazing friendly staff who understand service. Over the last year I have taken three cases back due to the rubber hinge breaking replaced under warranty a 10 year warranty to! I wouldn’t buy any other suit case, and I bought another one this week.

Definitely the best suitcases, pricy though.

We have an 8 year old large Samsonite Spinner lightweight hard shell suitcase (we have a few of them). Unfortunately, a wheel came off en route back from a recent holiday. I was directed by the website to a video call with someone at the Samsonite store at Westfield shopping Centre. He could not have been more helpful - superb. He showed me how to log a warranty claim online. I did this and used the model number of the suitcase (contained on the card that comes with the case when new) and ordered a new wheel. There was no cost for doing this. The wheel arrived, together with a tool and screws, and I have easily taken the housing of the old wheel off and replaced it with the new one. What outstanding service from Samsonite. Could not fault it. Need a good suitcase that will last? Buy a Samsonite.
