Sam's Club Tracking Order Status

So if youre needing cases of bottled water to be delivered from the Lone Tree store you might want to re consider. I immediately notified Sam's and here is the letter that I received. The manager just reached out to me and filed a complaint with their 3rd party delivery service and as well credited my account!! Dear , Thank you for recently shopping at our club. Are you able to provide your order number so I can reach out to the team in charge of delivery and have them address the issue with the driver. Sincerely, Ean Loupe Merch Manager Sam's Club 303 799 3599 _______________________________________________________________________________ Mr. Loupe (Merchandise Manager) Your driver delivered my order of 5 cases of bottled water and set it in front of my front door making it near impossible to bring the water inside my house. If I was inside my house and opened my front door it would have been impossible to bring the water inside my house let alone leave my house. This incident could have been escalated if I needed to leave my house in the event of an emergency. I attempted to bring in one case inside and fell. It almost suggests that your driver deliberately did this on purpose. I receive plenty of other packages and those drivers always deliver just to the side of my door like it should be. I consider this incident to be negligence. You should be able to look at your delivery orders from 6/18/2024 and identify the driver quickly. Besides reprimanding the driver, My understanding is that Sam's utilizes 3rd party (UPS & Fedex) for its deliveries which is besides the point. I am requesting a refund regarding my order of (5) bottled water cases and delivery should be compensated to me at no charge. I will be waiting for your response and resolution prior to escalating this issue to corporate.

I went to Sam's Club to the cafe and purchase the pizza and yogurt for the kids and the employees James and Diamond are exceptional employees. Super polite, super fast, very respectful. I'll give him a 10 star. If I still have my restaurants I would hire them away.

I am writing about the Sam's club in Tuscaloosa Al. I used to love going there but lately, it seems they have stopped carrying a lot of items that I buy. I went in there on June 18th and left without getting some of the items on my list. They just did a remodel and twice the walk-in cooler has been shut down so I have had to go elsewhere for milk. I couldn't buy bananas because they were so overripe they were close to being rotten. They were out of bottled water. What is happening? Do companies just not care anymore? If I had a Cosco closer to me I would go there instead.

Would buy more often if you accepted anthem food card
