Sams Beauty Tracking Order Status

I've been ordering from this company for years, I think I bought my first units in 2017. I never have issues. They use stock photos from the brands. The prices are competitive. Yes, I've bought some units that look terrible on me. I've never tried to do a return, I can resell the units or give them away since I don't spend a lot for each one. If you don't know what the color will look like from the sample in the website, go to the brand's website and review the color chart. The shipping is fast, prices are good, there's always a sale or deal or code. I ordered last week on Thursday and my units arrived in Monday. I'll definitely order again. I order from Sam's at least once a year when I want to change up my look.

I am definitely surprised at the reviews. I have been ordering from from Samsbeauty going on 4 years now. Call it luck but I’ve never had any issues with my products or delivery of. Then again, I’ve never had to return an item. I love their products, their delivery time, and flat rate shipping since I’m out of state. Recently had an issue. I sent them an email the same day I made the purchase, and they corrected MY mistake and replaced the item I meant to purchase. As I said, maybe I’m lucky and that’s so then I hope it never runs out. I order wigs quite often from Sam’s Beauty. Com and the shipping is always fast. I’m always satisfied with my wigs. They are brand new, no odors. Ready to wear. Great budget friendly prices and sales. Try them first before Amazon. Might save yourself some money.

I've only ordered once this year (so far) from Sam's Beauty and my experience was pretty decent. My order was kind of lengthy, with purchases like; 1 wig, 1 loofah, lotions, body washes, body bar, shampoos/conditioners, perfumes, make up items and a couple pieces of jewelry. The best thing about my order were the perfumes, the body wash and the jewelry. I've worn the jewelry more than I can count and it hasn't rusted/turned or anything. The perfumes, love love love. I will say I was a bit disappointed at the bottle sizes when it came to the lotion and shampoo/conditioner. I chose to purchase them from this website because it was basically my 1 stop shop. If I had known the bottles were travel size, I would've purchased those necessities elsewhere. I also became disappointed with the wig after a few wears. It gave off this long "wet wave" kind of vibe but the curls didn't last at all. Keeping it all the way real, the wig ended up nappier than my own natural hair and I couldn't comb it without a generous amount of shedding. In the end, I flat ironed the wig (with no problem) but the tangling has turned me off wearing it and I haven't touched it since. It seems your purchases can't end up being good, bad or right in between. I'd probably stick to the jewelry/body/makeup section for now until I feel confident enough to purchase another wig.
