Simply horrible company and people working for it. Wrong fit for Chanel 19 medium was sold to me. They send me 26 cm which is the right fit for Chanel 19 small and not medium. Horrible customer service. Accusing me of lying and telling me to measure my bag thousand times. They advertised the insert as Chanel 19 medium 26 cm. It should be 30 cm if you are saying it’s for Chanel 19 medium. Not admitting their fault. No solution offered no money back. No new insert offered. I have never seen anything like that. STAY away! Not worth your money and nerves. AWFUL.

DO NOT BUY!!! Seriously! Their customer service is not even worth a star! No solutions offered to customer! They charge you twice your paid courier fee on their website! What a joke! Warning do not trust this company its a joke!

Similar to the previous poster, I would also give 0 stars if I could. The insert bought is far from fitting the bag as it should. This is ok, as sometimes mistakes are made and there are human errors from time to time. The genuine problem is that the owner (via customer service) arguing through and through, and not admitting to the obvious poor fit after many back and forth and photos being sent. Aside from having problematic products, it is the lack of integrity and decency in admitting and correcting a problem of where this review is coming from. In the grand scheme of things, this is just an insert, so small price to pay (although expensive for what you get - would gladly pay much more for a quality product! - 7RP is excellent for Hermes bags, but limited to Hermes). I do want to provide this feedback to help others avoid having to go through this with Samorga.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought two handbag inserts and few handle chains from this website. They are overpriced, but I thought it's worth it. I paid more than $50 each for the felt inserts and $50 each for the handles, totaling $400. On top of this extremely expensive items, I paid $70 for the shipping, hoping that I am getting top quality handbag inserts, accessories and service. And I couldn't be more wrong. I got the wrong color insert for my bag. I received dark grey instead of navy. It was disappointing after paying all that money to get the wrong color. Then, customer service representative argues that it's the right color, saying that's the color they internally call it. She also pointed out "A lot of people misunderstand/complain about this particular color, but it's what it's called", and she continues to argue. At the end of the day, it's just the bag insert, but PLEASE have a proper customer service and color description if you are charging $50 for an insert and $70 for shipping. I will NEVER purchase from this website again. PLEASE spend money somewhere else!
