Truly have to be the worst brand and service Purchased a pair of GABRIELA WOVEN SLIDE SANDAL from Macy’s - found the right wider to the left but have an identical pair in different colour and no issues!!! By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought boots at almost £200 that fell apart within 2 wears. Timpsons said they were so badly made they could not be repaired. Returned to Sam Edelman 3 months ago (postage to US was £30), they have acknowledged boots are faulty but still no refund.
