SAMEBIKE Tracking Order Status

I bought the XWXL09-II in June 2024. It is a fat tire folding ebike the quality of this bike is superb. Its been on some steep climbs and some rough trails all without any issue. I have been in touch with customer service twice once for the CE Certificate. They are fantastic this company stands over its product. If you show patience as they investigate any queries and politeness they are a pleasure to deal with. Definitely 5 stars so glad I bought from this company.

Over 80 years old, so needed electric motor assistance on a bike. Samebike CY20 folding bike is absolutely ideal. Excellent range (can use it on full electrics for over an hour), 7 gears, 5 levels of pedal assist, full throttle, with mudguards, removable front basket, fixed rear carrier, superb lights front and rear, plus a brake light, electric horn, phone holder and a USB point. Available from Amazon for very fair price. As it folds, it goes in my very small car, with ease and so has broader use, like holidays.

J'ai acheté et reçu un vélo il y a près d'un mois. Il est arrivé avec des freins défectueux et une roue avant voilée. J'ai reçu quelques réponses avant d'effectuer mon paiement mais depuis que ce dernier est fait, plus rien. Mon dernier contact date du 2 août.

Après avoir réceptionné le produit conforme, au bout de quelques semaines celui-ci présente des dysfonctionnements (plus de klaxon, plus de lumières avant, et des arrêts d'assistance de la batterie de manière aléatoire). Le but de mon message est de vous informer que le SAV ne répond pas à mes alertes malgré un vélo garanti encore 8 mois. Par conséquent SOYEZ TRES PRUDENT AVEC CE SITE DE VENTE
