Salon Wear Direct UK Tracking Order Status

We have purchased Belle tunics for our nursery for several years now. The fit and quality of fabric are excellent. The Belle tunic is flattering to all sizes and washes well without fading. Customer services are excellent and always helpful and delivery is quick. Special mention for Tonia Wilson who always provides outstanding customer service.

Communication is not so great with this company! I was very confused as to why I didn’t even receive an initial confirmation email with an order number! Two weeks after placing the order and still no communication, I raised a dispute via PayPal and received a refund - for the parcel to turn up at my door on the same day!! It was promptly returned!!

Awful company. My order came up to £35, which once postage was added was £47.59. I ordered about 16 days ago, had to chase them for an order confirmation as after 3/4 days I still hadn't received one even though money was taken from my account straight away. They've now emailed saying it will be at least another 12 days until they get stock. Why am I paying so much delivery to then wait at least 28 days for delivery? It's an absolute joke. The material used is cheap and awful looking too, as other people in my class have received theirs already.

Very happy with my items, lovely quality, comfortable and very reasonable price. I had a small issue, called customer services and the issue was rectified with no hassles. Delivery was prompt. Cheers. :).
