Sally Beauty Tracking Order Status

I've ordered twice (professional dye and kit to use at home) and can't fault SB. Their site is easy to use, shipping is free and there are always great deals. I ordered at 4:30pm yesterday and my order arrived at 10am today! Will keep coming back.

I do not feel welcome and not knowledgeable.

Mazzi @ Marysville, WA store was absolutely phenomenal! She looked up my previous purchases to see if I had purchased an item previously, she carefully explained how each product's chemical reaction may benefit my hair with instructions. Mazzi was very friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable (more so than may chemist!). I am gobsmacked impressed! I love this store!

Occasionally, I have gone to Sally Beauty stores and have no complains. This review is for their customer service in regard to online and account issues. I emailed them 1/26/24 because I didn't have time to call. I had an issue with an online account. They messaged me 3 or 4 days later and obviously wanted info to verify me to proceed. On 2/5 I had to call the customer service line because no response and I HATE talking on the phone. After getting transferred and hung up on, I finally find someone that could resolve the issue. All of this stress wasn't even necessary. Today is 2/10/24 and still none of those jerks felt the need to respond after 2 more emails sent. That's enough for me to cancel my online account and never deal with them again. People these days really underestimate good customer service. If someone has a problem and no one cares enough to resolve it then WHY would they support your business?
