Ordered from the UK. The items came quickly and nothing missing. I did pay customs (but this is bcos my order was over the custom-free limit). The only thing is - The dress I ordered, the stitching in one area was off and there was a foundation stain...I guess this is why its 60% off!. Good to bare in mind, that these items are probably difficult to sell at full price or a mild discount due to some stains/stitching coming off etc. But I don't mind. Going to take mine to my local tailor to get it reduced in size (S was sold out so bought M), stitching fixed and stain removed. Will also get my items dry-cleaned professionally. Really happy with my purchase and would 100% purchase from there again. Actually, I'm already on their website for my next order! ***update - I placed another order and received everything within 1 week. No issues with the clothing, 70% off a dress that I had saved in my reading list for months! Very happy about my 1st and 2nd purchase.

I wanted to place an order from this business but as I had never ordered from them before I thought let me check reviews of past customers- to my surprise it’s all negative reviews about them not receiving their packages so I won’t be ordering.

I ordered from Saks off 5th And the order came fast and was exactly like the photo. I’m very satisfied with the company :)

It really stinks that they charge $9.99 for shipping (even if your purchase is over $100) and then use some crappy weird shipping provider called Smartkargo Ground instead of a well-known shipper like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. My package is now late/missing? I don't know...it left Queens days ago, never to be seen again. Please stop charging for shipping unless you are going to use a reputable shipping company with a reliable tracking system. Not cool.

I just went through a week of dealing with customer service and the delivery company trying to find my lost and undelivered package. Don't waste your time with dealing with them once you get some info, go straight to the source and get it sorted quickly by emailing top executives. I had emailed the top executives at Saks Off 5th along with the shipping company with emails and screen shots of all the info needed, forwarded my prior correspondence and described my problem courteously and politely. The Executive Customer Relations Specialist at Saks OFF 5TH responded very quickly and I got my refund notice in less than 30 minutes from the start of the business day (Eastern time). The organization has a problem with their online user experience design which doesn't auto check the address you input, it allows faulty address info due to human or computer error. Be careful, and double/triple check before ordering. On top of that, the delivery company doesn't reach out if they see a problem, or text/email the location address of the package if it hasn't been delivered. They also don't attempt a second delivery or hold your package for pick up anywhere if you miss them. That said, they did respond once I had cc'd the executive team. They pinpointed the problem of a faulty address input, which was my honest error, but then left it up to me. I sincerely appreciate the way the executive team handled it from there - swiftly and politely, no questions asked. I like Saks Off 5th, and this is the only time in over a decade I've had any issues, but will order store pick up in the future. Get more good advice from the Elliot Report on advocating for yourself and lists of executives to contact, that's where I started. Good luck!
