Saje Wellness Tracking Order Status

I’m usually a skeptic when it comes to expensive “natural” wellness products, but their peppermint roller for headaches and their “extra strength” pain relieving roller have both worked wonders when I’ve needed them. I visited a retail location and the customer service was great and helped with all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!

I had an ordinary expereince with saje.com. It was almost good, but there were somthing I didn't like. Prices were a littel too hight and customer servis was poor. They could try to notificate their clints about current dicounts and promos. I'd recommend shoung other options and taken into considaration the rating of the other costumers. At least they offer frree shipping, witch is nice. I have to say that not everyone will be happy with saje's service, so if u can find somthing better - just do it.

Received a 25% discount after I took too long to think about it. Was impressed they shipped via FedEx and received my products in 2 days afterwards! Looking forward to using my headache rollers now!

I have loved and used Saje products for years, but their customer service is absolutely horrible. I sent three emails and got one response asking me for an order number for a purchase made in store. When I asked who I am supposed to contact for in store purchases, they literally just never replied. So, I emailed again asking if anyone was there. Again, no reply. So... they don't care about a 15-year customer enough to even respond to an email and guide me in the right direction. And no, I did not say anything rude or harass-y. I just asked a question about a product I bought that ended up breaking open and being wasted.

Best place, the staff are awesome! Their defusers are amazing I have bought many gifts for others there. All natural unlike some companies to claim to be natural and aren't not mentioning any names. I will have to check out what they have for Christmas I have 3 family birthdays in December which generally means I am broke in January. But, my niece, my sister all love their defusers. I have many and I have gifted some to people in need.
