RX Safety Tracking Order Status

I placed an order for hi index lens replacement with a blue light coating. I had to reach out to the company regarding the status of my order. I never heard from them when they received my frames. My order was incorrect. I was sent regular very thick lenses, that were not hi index and did not have the coating paid for. I have gone back and forth via email with the company, who says that my order is correct. I have sent them pictures comparing my old lenses vs the new lenses that they sent. This has been an horrible experience. I have gone to 3 different optical stores and had the lenses examined, only to be told by all 3 that I have a regular polycarbonate lens, not hi index. The best the company offered was to send the frames back and pay $200+ for a hi index lens of 8. I have asked for a partial refund due to this being their error. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Really wished I read The reviews before ordering from this website. A month to deliver and not even the right lenses! I was Given yellow lenses when I ordered Transition gray and haven’t heard a peep from them since! And I’ve heard the process is a nightmare anyways. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

A complete scam... The first problem was that my glasses took a month to arrive. The company made a lot of excuses, blaming the mail service, when they themselves caused the problems. On top of that, when they finally arrived, the glasses were not made with the materials that I chose on the page and they were also in the wrong prescription and scratched, as if it happened from someone who already uses them. A deplorable service, not to say, scam. Today there are much better options in the market like tactical RX or sport RX. I will never buy from this company again

Takes over a month before you will actually receive your glasses! Would never ever order from this place again!

NEVER EVER buy from a company called RX Safety - a site specifically for workplace safety glasses (rx and otherwise). WORST buying experience EVER... After multiple times dealing with chat, customer service both online and on the phone prior to purchase (to avoid any issues), then afterwards, multiple hrs./days having to "catch" mistakes, being sent wrong product, overcharged, lied to .... at this point, time will tell if the order is correct AND I now am waiting on a partial refund for overbilling - charging $38 more than quoted & authorized. The killer is, had I not proactively asked for a copy of a statement and then checked my bank account, I would never have noticed they charged more than they said they were going to. SMH. Been dealing with them since July, and it's still not right.
