RVCA Tracking Order Status

Unfortunately I have to add to the poor reviews. Customer service is terrible. Ordered something, it was good quality but did not fit. I returned it as per their instructions, but waited way past the timeframe given to get my refund. When I contacted them they gave different information than is on the website, and I had to contact them again after the new timeframe given had passed to prompt them for the refund. It appeared, finally, but there was no apology for the lateness, or even a note to say it had been completed. Why they cannot process a refund within a few days (or a week at the most) after the return has been received at the warehouse I cannot fathom. I might have bought a different size if the money had come back sooner. Will not shop with them again. Boardriders companies are usually a lot better than this. Sort it out!

I bought 2 pairs of American cargo pants, in sizes 32 and 29. It took a little while for the pants to get delivered, but they came eventually. They were both good quality but the 29s were too small so I returned them. Returning was very easy and I received my refund in about a week.

I am surpsrised by mostly negative reviews, since I personally had a very positive experience. I had bought some shorts and after wearing them once I noticed a broken seam. I contacted customer service and got a replacement free of charge. Very friendly communication, too.

I made two different orders for the first time, AND THEN checked the reviews. I was horrified and ready for problems. Nevertheless, I received my two separate orders right on time and without any problems. I am delighted. I wanted to voice my opinion here if only to encourage the company to continue to better their customer service and address the many problems that other customers seem to face. I will order again.

Reviews on here are largely regarding bad shipping. I got my order quickly. The clothes are cheap, but they don't fit. I bought a couple small shirts and they're too large. One is even bigger than the other. After a couple washes, it hasn't shrunk. I'd love to share a photo but trustpilot doesn't want us to trust each other apparently.
