The product arrived quickly and looked great, but had some sizing issues. Customer service reaction time was fast. After an initial email exchange, Chelsea personally called me, offered great solutions, and had the plan in action almost immediately. Really, the best customer service I have received anywhere since 2019. I'll be ordering again soon.

My T-Shirts came out awesome!! When my first round of shirts came and the logo wasn’t the size I was anticipating it would be, I emailed customer service and they got back to me super fast and got mailed new shirts to me ASAP. Great shirts, awesome customer service, I definitely will purchase from here again!!

The tee-shirts we ordered for our volleyball team were exactly as requested. The print was grade-A and the shirts fit great! The turnaround time was a little less than 2 weeks. I also like that they don't have the 6 shirt minimum rule as many other companies do. I did have to reach out to customer service over something small but they responded within hours and resolved my issue same day. 5/5 recommend! Will be ordering shirts from here again!

PRO: Chelsea made all the difference!! When the shirts arrived, two were too small! I called and she explained they were junior cuts (which was NOT on the website). Because we were leaving on a trip in a few days, she remade, shipped, & had them delivered to me in TWO days, all free! She saved the day! Best customer service I've ever had. CON: that particular style should say it's a junior size on the site!!
