Runners Need Tracking Order Status

I've been dealing with their online or head office team to purchase some trainers with a discount code. I've genuinely never had a better customer experience than this they've put up with multiple rounds of questions from me, done stock checks in stores across the country, ordered pairs into the store for me to collect, sorted refunds, and applied my discount over & again. Genuinely has been like a 1:1 sales service, can't fault it, and a shout out to Tracy who I've been dealing with; shown initiative, always given me clarity, and sorted out the next step for me. Will only shop from there from now on as long as they have the trainers I need.

Visited the Maidstone store to replace my trainers having run the last pair into the ground and the staff were really helpful in listening to my experiences and needs. No pressure to buy, good advice given, excellent service!

The salesman understood my particular need and was very knowledgeable about the products. I bought the shoes that were recommended and I am extremly pleased with my purchase. I have used this company before and have always been impressed by the high quality of the service.

Needed to have my gait analysed, did not have an appointment but as I was there just after 9am they were able to accommodate me. Gerry looked after me and was extremely knowledgeable and honest about everything. I can not stress how important it is to have this analysis done if you plan on running seriously.
