Rug Doctor Tracking Order Status

used rug doctor many times always happy, this time 5/6/23 the machine malfunction, the brush roller stopped working and would not restart after i cleaned out the fiber build up. the kiosk would not bake my coupon for $3.00 off, it won't expire until aug. 2023, i called customer service, she told me there was nothing she could do, i had to call while i was renting, but i couldn't, it was after 8 PM customer service was closed, so i never got my $3.00 off.

The self service is awesome and just so convenient. No lines to wait in!

The checkout process was quick. The device was really easy to use which was great for me since I'm disabled with a prosthetic leg and amputated toes. I will be using this device again in the near future

I got my machine at Walmart and unfortunately it didn't come with nor was a furniture tool available for use or rent. The machine worked great and was clean.
