RueZone Tracking Order Status

Recently bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and really happy with the product. The watch is in excellent conditions and came as was advertised. Value for money surely.

Great experience? I don't think so. Bought an unlocked upgaded handset to replace a broken workhorse. 2 weeks later I am stilk waitinf for an unlock code to arrive. Why? RUEZONE shipped the handset without unlocking it. I was trying to be patient as RZ are not responsible for the code. HOWEVER. They should be chasing it on my behalf and keeping me updated. As far as I know, they have my money and I am now on the bottom of their ToDo pile... I may be wrong but I remain in the dark.

Jack was a great customer service person, he went above and beyond to help me get a great phone at a great price for my step son with all the right spec as I previously ordered something that wasn't suitable. I've been buying from this on line phone refurb store for a number of years and never had any issues

The service was good however I found the handset ive chosen to complex and have asked to return it and as yet not received any response of my request

Phone arrived quickly, working fine and in very good condition - so I was very pleased. Unfortunately, as a technophobe, I was not able to even set it up properly, and really struggled, so decided to send it back. RueZone handled this without any quibbles or making things difficult, so that was also pleasing. I will certainly use them again - maybe go for a simpler, android phone, with set-up instructions if possible! All in all, although it's not finalised yet, service has been top-notch thus far.
