Ruby Love Tracking Order Status

Love the products, even though customer service is slow to correct orders. Order a size down for proper fit.

One pair of underwear was missing from my order when I open my package. After RubyLove was notified via email the underwear were promptly sent to me to complete my order. I appreciated the responsiveness of customer service in fulfilling my order.

The products are great, zero complaints. Shipping was a bit of a muddle, the courier delivered it to the USPS, so once it hits postal service it needed my PO Box and not a physical address, was being held as general delivery at my post office for weeks, while I was waiting for a courier to arrive. Customer service was amazing and helped me locate where it could be picked up.

My daughter has used Ruby Love for the past few years. Being a teenager is hard enough without all those embarrassing moments! Ruby Love has given her confidence during swimming season. It's wonderful she doesn't have to miss out on all the summer fun! Thank you for creating products for women that work.
