Easy to order updated on delivery date Gate well made looks good. Delivery went wrong initially due about 2pm then nothing until update due between 9.30pm and 10pm. At about 11pm cancelled my delivery as delivery had passed my location and was now some distance away. Arranged delivery for next day.

The gate is well made and exactly what I expected. Very glad I ordered the fittings kit to as it was exactly right for the job. We had a problem with the delivery company who initially abandoned the delivery after being unable to find us when 30 miles away. The Ruby customer service representative was very helpful and ensured that the van turned around and delivered our gate. To be honest after their stupid mistake the delivery guy was also good eventually delivering at 7pm
