Rubber Sole Tracking Order Status

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers they arrived on time. I had to return one pair as they didn't fit the refund was issued within 5 days. I would highly recommend Rubbersole

I read reviews and was a bit nervous ordering for the first time but I really wanted the trainers and the price was unbeatable. I ordered yesterday at 3pm they arrived today at 12:30! Fastest delivery I’ve ever had! Would definitely order from here again

I had difficulty getting into the final part of the purchase using MC. Despite going through the phone confirmation the bank referred me back to Rubbersole saying contact my bank. After 30 mins trying to get through I was told Rubbersole had not registered my purchase and sent me back to Rubbersole. I could not get hold of anybody being a Saturday. I tried placing the order again this time I has two pairs of shoes in my basket and I could find no way to get ride of one pair. Finally I gave up and and started again. This time there was no shoes in my size. Today Sunday I went in again and the size 9 shoes were there so I went through the buying process using MC and again the bank referred me back to Rubbersole. A second attempt and again it would not go through. On the third attempt and a new order I used my Debit card and I t went through. What a waste of time and energy. I do think Rubbersole need a more robust and clearer system as the bank was clearly not at fault. They also need a clearer way of clearing the items in the ‘basket’ that the customer does not want to buy.

I read some poor reviews so was reluctant to use Rubbersole but they were the only place that had what I wanted in stock, in my size. I received a £10 discount voucher from them so I ordered my trainers. They were delivered exactly when they said they would be, free of charge. They arrived well packaged, correct item, great quality. I did ring them about the discount voucher initially as it didn't work but they sorted this immediately for me. I would have no problem recommending Rubbersole and I will use them in the future. :-)

Great service - I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, 1 in which I returned, prompt in letting me know they received the return and refund issued at the same time. Would buy again!
