RSVLTS Tracking Order Status

We bought a shirt as a gift and less than FOUR DAYS LATER it went on sale for $14 less than we paid. Most stores offer a 7-14 day grace period to refund the difference if a purchase item goes on sale. Not RVLTS. The minute you pay for it, the item could go on sale ten seconds later and you’re screwed. Yes, this ridiculous “policy” is buried in the fine print of their terms of sale, so you have no recourse. We will never do business with this company again.

Customer service does not respond if you actually have an issue with the product quality or fitment. Like others have stated, I have to go to my credit card issuer to recover money lost due to shipping or restocking fees on defective clothing. Their quality has gone down significantly this year. Shirt sizes and fit vary greatly and they place the blame and charge you restocking fees regardless. For a shirt that costs so much, their customer service does not reflect it.

By far the worst customer service from a clothing company that charges 70 bucks for a single shirt! Not only is customer service poor, but it is non-existent. If you email them, they ignore you. After being ignored for 3 weeks and contacting the company founder, I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover the money from a shirt I don't even have. At first glance, they appear to have good reviews, but when you dig a little deeper, you see other people reporting the same issues and snarky, unprofessional responses when they do reply. They devised a clever name for the shirt material to avoid disclosing that it's made out of polyester and spandex, so you can burn up during the summer.
