Roxio Tracking Order Status

Worst customer service ever. I bought the Toast app. The downloader failed a dozen times giving me error messages. So I contacted support. They said 24 hrs to reply. Three days later nothing. I finally got the app downloaded and then their installer displayed the same damn message. I contacted them again and now it is almost a week later and nothing!

Have sent another to emails to Roxio but still no support what so ever.Do not buy toast 20 it is a waste of time with no support.They have developed a fictitious bit of software and sold it as a product to burn cds.Will take them out of business if I can Trafford Reeder

robbers purchased easy cd dvd now when i install it says key used to many times robers go elsewere rather than these robbers tried there fix but does not work

robbers purchased easy cd dvd writer then my two surface pro 4s went battery bulge problem tried re installing roxio and it said it had been used to many times last time i ever buy anything roxio
