Rover Tracking Order Status

Dejar a nuestras mascotas siempre es complicado, pero Ana y familia la trataron como una más. Nos mandaron vídeos de su estancia y cuando la recogimos estaba muy contenta. Repetiremos sin duda

We recently moved to a new area. Rover made it so easy to find an area pet sitter for our dog. During her visit, the sitter reported in the app & sent us updates when she arrived, pics from their walk & what happened & when she left. Loved the updates & pics. App made paying & tipping easy.

We have used Rover during a medical crisis. They have been very helpful. At first we had issues with no-shows but Rover gave me a credit plus a discount on our next booking. We found a responsible walker who has been marvelous.

The website is not user friendly. It is difficult to get forward and back through areas to revisit an page once you have left. It just needs to be improved.

I needed to leave my dog with someone for one day, as I had to go to friend's birthday party, and my dog is very nervous and fear aggressive with strangers and kids. Because all my friends were on party I had no one else to ask to keep my dog for a day. I was scared to leave her with complete stranger but after checking out this service, my fear gone. I love how whole system work, and that you can find the right person to trust your dog to. I had to message few people before I found someone perfect for me and my dog. I definitely gonna use this service again!
