Route One Tracking Order Status

I came all the way from slough to come to route 1 to buy a skatebored they have good customer service very kind and generous and they have good prices on skateboards and clothing definitely coming back

I came here in need of a board fast and the amazing staff helped me find what I needed and were quick and kind with it. I am extremely satisfied and 100% will be coming back when in need. Definetly recommend

Have always loved route one but have been really dissatisfied by the lack of communication recently. Wrong items sent and impossible to get hold of anyone at office to help with my query. Emailed last week about my query, then haven’t had a reply and not one person picks up their phone line after calling multiple times!

I had a great experience ordering from Route One. I ordered the new Pride Vans and the process was super smooth and quick. I ordered 31st May with standard shipping, they were dispatched the following day using Royal Mail tracked 48. I then received the parcel three days after dispatch on the Sunday
